Finest Sports has been developing and organizing sporting events since 1985. Our premiere event is the annual Manhattan Training Run - a 14.2 mile run traditionally held Labor Day weekend that starts in upper Manhattan and ends in lower Manhattan near Battery Park.
We organize a number of other races as well, including: The New York City Police Commissioner’s 5K Run and Walkathon; The NYC Police Chase - a 4 mile foot race (12 years); The Finest 5k Turkey Trot (11 years); the Annual Bronx Community College 10k Run (5 years), and since last year, the Sgt. Keith A. Ferguson Memorial Run/Walk which goes over the Brooklyn Bridge.
The Manhattan Training Run this year will be Sunday, September 6, 2009 starting at 7:30 am. Still giving out the best goodies ever, all imprinted with the 14.2 logo.
